Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled WordPress Developer/Designer with extensive experience in building sites using Elementor to join our team on a project basis. The candidate must excel in WordPress environment setup, bringing Figma-designed landing pages to life with pixel-perfect precision. While we provide designs for most projects, the candidate should also be able to handle design tasks when required.

The ideal candidate is highly productive and reliable and possesses a positive mentality and cooperative personality. Proficiency in written and verbal English communication is crucial.

Expectations:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience building WordPress websites using Elementor.
• A robust portfolio showcasing high-end and modern WordPress websites.
• High-stress tolerance, ability to work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
• Expertise in creating custom elements, animations, and interactions using CSS, HTML, and JavaScript.
• In-depth knowledge of WordPress and Elementor.
• Familiarity with the latest design trends, development technologies, and website performance best practices.
• Understanding of various dev operations such as WordPress and plugin management, backlink structures, basic SEO, site migrations, testing, troubleshooting errors, API integration, etc.
• Proficiency in hosting-related operations, including managing domains and editing DNS records.
• Knowledge of building sites with a performance-oriented approach.
• Experience working with web agencies is a plus.
• Familiarity with MOTION.PAGE is not required but is considered a significant plus.
• Proficiency in Figma is essential.

Compensation:

• $20 – $45 per hour, depending on skills and experience.
